Ticks and more Ticks...

today, i was at work checking some report. i am asked to tick everything i checked. there was a lot of ticking. i got bored and lazy of ticking but i must tick. then suddenly i saw that the ticks that i check will be on my O level exam papers! WOW!
later on the train, i remember something similar. i remembered God filled Abraham with a faith vision!
i am so excited to go back and tick tomorrow! :D

Christianity is not a religion but a relationship.
Christianity is we receiving good that we don't deserve because

i got C5 with merit for chinese o level. i am quite disappointed as i expected like maybe a B but i realise C5 was by the grace of God. As chinese paper 1, i didnt really write very well and paper 2 was never that good for me. Paper 1 itself can make me fail my chinese. last year N level i got like B4 or B3 so if you convert to O level standard it will be C6 or D7. so i can say that it is by the grace of God that i score C5. :) and this is like the 30 fold! i believe that i retake my 60 fold or 100 fold will come to pass! :D
today morning i realised why i was so stress up. i realised that i had been looking to myself. i'm looking to myself how am i going to pass my o levels. then in class i was reading twitter then i came across Pastor Darren or JPM twit.
its says: The Law is all about you looking to yourself, Grace is all about you looking to Jesus. Jesus is your qualification 4 every blessing you are beliving for.
ya, then i realised i had been looking to myself instead of what christ had done for me. when you look to yourself, you get very stress up because with own self-effort you can only do up to a certain limit.
so, remember to look to Jesus because he is your strength!

have you heard of this quote that people says:
the more you expect, the bigger chance of getting disappointed.
I have heard this before. I understand why people don't want to expect much, people they do not want to bear that disappointment. This disappointment can hit right hard into your face. i had experience of such things in my life. for example PSLE examination. i thought that my exam will be a good one but in the end, i ended in NT stream. At that time i was very disappointed because i fall into the NT stream. But thank God that i got into a school that i wanted to go with a high PSLE point for NT stream. I got into NA class in sec 2.
Hey friends! now i wan to tell you a good news!

I want to tell you that there is a God that is willing to give it to you. Now i can expect things knowing that God will give me much more than i expect. He is a God that will not just give you what you ask him but he will give you more than what you ask. the God i serve has Big Heart and i believe He is smiling when He see his child smiling, jumping when he give them.
you must be thinking but God will never give it to you because you had make your mother angry, or you have sin again. HEY! today God no longer look at your sin anymore! He remember your sin no more! He looked at what His son had done 2000 years ago! Jesus took that sin on the cross! so it will be ungodly for God to judge that sin again!
so now,
come and expect to see how much more give you!

What is stopping you from receiving this gift?
-is it you feel that you are not worthy??

Hey friends! when you received a gift from someone, you dont have to earn that. if you earn that gift it is not call gift! it is call... what you deserve because you worked for that. God is stretching out his hand with a gift waiting for you to receive that. A gift of healing?? A gift of grace?? whatever you need, just simply received it. Are you going to reject that gift?? since when went you receive that gift you need to be good before you receive. ya maybe your parents says you must score before i can buy you this gift. But today, i want to say that God himself gave his only son to die on the cross for your sin and mine sin so that we can freely received the gift of healing, grace, wholeness.
are you going to receive it or just leave it there??

hello,
i am back! i wanted to get the zone photo that Nikki took on Sunday but i forgot about it. Nikki uploaded the zone photos today. i edited the photo :) i love the edited photo! :) i think its awesome!
let talk about The Zone 2009!
the conference was good although the front part i was a bit dry but it got better. Joel Houston shared about many times we allow other people opinion to box us. Pastor Judah Smith!! He preach too. :D His sermon was awesome, it really a very different perspective of what i have been hearing. after the conference ended, went for ambs brief. i am really happy that i get to serve this year. :) i couldn't find the door to go to the brief room. after the briefing, went to meet people to pass them their tickets. while waiting for my friends, nikki and i helped charis to give out free tickets and to welcome people to The Zone. it was very fun. by the time i went into the concert, the concert already started. Nikki and i were standing at the back of the jumping crowd! i was really very happy that i didn't stand in front this year, i didn't wan to. while praising, jumping, i stopped and look in front of me. what i saw was not the Hillsong Team but more than thousands of youth praising, jumping, worshipping Jesus. it really touch me that more and more people are getting to know Jesus! :) after the first part of praise and worship i went to find jolene and friends to get sitted down because PASTOR JUDAH SMITH was going to preach! haha. he preached about SEX! yes, sex! dont think that church only talk about holy things, but we talk about sex too. God created it, if we don't talk about sex in the house than where are we going to talk?? hahahah :D after that pastor was doing alter call. nikki and i walked to the room, yes, we saw a huge crowd! yes, be it in time saying the sin prayer the first time or redilication. MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE RETURNING TO THE FATHER HOUSE! so blessed to get to see the number of people that came forward. daddy God was awesome, all my friends that came who are not believer, left the concert with Daddy God with them forever. after that, nikki, hui xian and i went out and stood behind the crowd and continue to worship! charis and cherrie came! i had fun with all of them. we jump like nobody business! :) after everything ended, shu, nick, janey and i went to coffee express to eat and aunti came too :D
this is not just a concert but a life changer!
NOBODY WILL WALK OUT OF THE PRESENCE OF GOD THE SAME BEFORE.
